Delivery Policy

Our products are shipped by Royal Mail or reputable national or international couriers and may require a signature on arrival.

We will endeavour to deliver to the shipping address within 14 working days of your order (Monday to Friday), but generally aim for you to have them sooner than this. Please note that many of our products are handmade to order. We will notify you if there is a delay and ask that you let us know if you wish to have something sent more urgently.

Free shipping is offered to mainland UK Monday to Friday only.

A surcharge may be made for Saturday or next day delivery if specifically requested.

Returns Policy

We are sure that you will be pleased with your purchases.

However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report this to us within 7 working days.

If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.

Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

You should contact us on sales@weddingfascinators.co.uk to find where to return the items and we may arrange carriage for you.

Once received back into our studio, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault.

Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

You should contact us on sales@weddingfascinators.co.uk to find where to return the items and we may arrange carriage for you.

If you Change your Mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt.

The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us.

As these are delicate fashion garments, they must not be worn or soiled in any way. We cannot accept returns if the security tag on the comb has been removed.

Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense.

Once the item is received, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

Please note that bespoke items or items that are altered to fit you are not returnable unless damaged in transit or faulty.

Discount codes and offers

Discount codes are made entirely at our discretion. Discount codes are never applicable to bespoke products.

Personal voucher codes which are offered as a consequence of a sale may be withdrawn if the initial purchase is returned for any reason.
